Rev. Matthew Uttenreither
Rev. Matthew Uttenreither was installed as Ascension's shepherd in September of 2021. He and his family relocated from Colgate, WI while he served as vacancy pastor at St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Rockton, IL.
Audrey Schultz, Secretary
Audrey has served as our church secretary since 2006 and has been a church member since 1992. She is responsible for producing worship bulletins and other documents, maintaining a record of civil and ecclesiastical documents, keeping the church calendar, and overseeing engagement between the congregation and the community.
But all things should be done decently and in good order.

Monty Gabor, Music Director
Monty is responsible for the music in public worship at Ascension. He serves as the organist for our worship services, directs the choir, and secures supplemental musicians for holy days.
When not serving at Ascension, Monty works as a music teacher at the Fredrick von Steuben Metropolitan Science Center in Chicago.
